About the Role:
Annapurna 26 is seeking a skilled and passionate All-Rounder Chef who can handle diverse Indian cuisines with confidence and consistency. From daily corporate thalis to event-based buffets, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, flavorful meals that meet our hygiene and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes (North Indian, South Indian, basic Chinese & snacks)

Ensure food is cooked and presented as per portion and quality standards

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times

Work closely with kitchen helpers and support staff

Help with inventory management and daily kitchen planning

Ability to handle bulk cooking for corporate and industrial catering setups
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial or catering kitchen

Strong knowledge of Indian food, snacks, and tandoor basics

Ability to work independently and in a team

Maintain kitchen discipline, hygiene, and time management

Must be comfortable with both offsite and onsite event cooking (when required)
